Is there a setup fee?
No. Your rate/month covers everything, including the initial setup of your property and competitors.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing per property. We'll share full payment details when you sign up.
Can I add or remove properties later?
Yes - add a property any time and it's billed from that month; remove one and billing drops accordingly. No plan to switch, just properties to add or remove.
What if I manage more than one property?
Each property is billed separately with its own login, but we can discuss a "multi-property" plan.
